WARD(Diane).Sam, Neil and family would like to convey their most heartfelt thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours and former work colleagues for all the very many kind and thoughtful tokens of sympathy, cards of condolence, and donations for The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Blurton which totalled £690.00 following their recent sad loss of a much loved mum and nana.
